Thrive Education Partnership is a growing multi-academy trust dedicated to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Across seven special needs academies and two autism-specific provisions, it supports around 1,100 pupils aged 2 to 19, employing some 750 staff. Its evidence-based, trauma-informed approach reduces exclusions and improves wellbeing for pupils and staff alike. Thrive also strengthens the wider system, working with local authorities to develop SEND strategies and expand special school capacity, and offering bespoke professional development and school improvement support. Its philosophy is rooted in compassion and belonging, helping every learner feel valued and reach their potential.
